Protoxins for ADC

NJ Bio is developing Protoxins for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Three different types of Protoxins are being studied.

  • Type 1: Targeted Protein Degrader Protoxins
  • Type 2: Reversible Protoxins (Prodrug type)
    • Active in cancer cell environment and inactive in normal tissues
  • Type 3: Non-Reversible Protoxins (non-reversible Prodrug type)
    • Protoxins get converted to toxin metabolites in cancer cell line
