Headquarters and Laboratories

NJ Bio’s headquarters and New Jersey-based laboratories are located at 350 Carter Road in Princeton, New Jersey. The facility features more than 78,000 sq. ft. of laboratory space and is well situated to draw from a highly educated, local workforce, and the intellectual resources of Princeton University.

NJ Bio’s site in Princeton consists of five laboratories for:

• Bioconjugation
• Custom synthesis of toxin-linkers
• Synthesis of High Potency API (HPAPI), utilizing containment glove boxes
• Manufacture of research-grade proteins and antibodies
• Functional assays and PK bioanalyses
• Process development and flow chemistry

Equipment

NJ Bio’s new Class A laboratories in Princeton, equipped with 42 fume hoods and sophisticated instrumentation, provide protein conjugations, multi-step chemical synthesis from milligram- to multigram scale as well as functional assays and bioanalytical services.

Facilities in Bristol, PA

In addition to the Princeton headquarters site, NJ Bio has two facilities at the Bridge Business Center in Bristol, PA:

• An 8,000 sq. ft. facility with cGMP manufacturing suites being established for the preparation of oncology drugs for clinical trials.
• A pilot plant of ca. 40,000 sq. ft., which will be used as the company’s future large-scale cGMP manufacturing facility.
